Life Lessons – If dog was the teacher… what would we learn?

When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Offer unconditional love to all people, all animals, all the time.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
Always be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you’re not.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
On hot days, slow down, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
On cold days, slow down, eat some treats and lie in bed a bit longer.
When you’re happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
Run, romp, and play daily.
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
Stretch well before rising.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently.
Take lots of naps.
